Learning about the Lac du Flambeau and Menominee tribes helped me understand that Native Nations deserve more recognition and are not just a lesson you learn in history class. I realized how different each tribe is. They all have their own unique traditions, languages, and experiences. This project showed me why Act 31 matters. Without accurate education, people grow up with stereotypes instead of real knowledge.
